The Comprehensive Resource

The Educational Service Guidelines for Students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing is a comprehensive, practical guide for educators, families, and the community. Developed by a collaborative team of professionals with knowledge, experience. and expertise in the field of Deaf and Hard of Hearing education, the Guidelines are an essential resource in assisting schools in the identification, assessment, planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of services for students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
