From Elizabeth Greeno, the liaison for the New Hampshire’s Provisional Chapter of Hands and Voices:
Hello and Happy New Year,
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! We are gearing up to start working on organizing the chapter of Hands and Voices for New Hampshire.
We had a great return on the Doodle poll results and there are a group of people interested in being on the board and helping to organize and create events!
Our next meeting will be Wednesday, Jan. 17th from 6pm to 8pm at Northeast Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services in Concord. The address is 56 Old Suncook Road Suite 6 Concord, NH 03301. **There will be an option to use Zoom as well which will be provided by email.** (Interpreters will be provided)
Please RSVP by emailing Beth Greeno at email@example.com.
I am very excited to meet, catch up with and work with everyone and watch how our families and especially our children benefit from the Hands & Voices mission.
Here is the mission statement:
“Hands and Voices is dedicated to supporting families with children who are DHH without a bias around communication modes or methodology. … Our outreach activities, parent/professional collaboration, and advocacy efforts are focused on enabling DHH children to reach their highest potential.”
