We all know that mathematics can be a difficult concept to teach (or learn!)– it does not matter if you are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or even Hearing…. Math can be abstract and difficult to visualize through classroom lecture/discussion.
Lucky for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students– in a classroom where sign language is used– math can be very exciting and easy to follow as the instructor can express many different concepts in a visual way….
